68th UKNG Oxford 15 -16 Nov 2024

The Oxford team would like to invite you to the next UKNG meeting on 15th & 16th November 2024.

 

The meeting will be from early afternoon Friday to midday Saturday as usual, with a trainee meeting on the Friday morning.

The accommodation and Friday night dinner will be at the Malmaison Hotel in the Castle quarter of the city and has an interesting history!

There is very limited parking available at the hotel; anyone who may require parking should reach out to the hotel reception to book this in directly with them. Spaces are subject to availability and must be pre-booked in advance. Otherwise I would recommend Peartree Park and Ride, just off the A34, as the closest to the venue, which has frequent buses into the city centre - Pear Tree Park and Ride - Car Parks in Oxford | Oxford City Council. The hotel is about 6 minutes walk from the central bus station at Gloucester Green and 10 minutes from the train station (see maps in attachment).

 

The meeting will be at the Saïd Business School (Park End Street) (University of Oxford, as the hotel does not have the room big enough for the meeting, which is about 7 minutes walk from the hotel.
